Clearing the Chaos: The Power of Small Intentions

In the many forms and stages of life, we’re constantly offered choices—who we become, what we allow, and how we relate to what’s unfolding around us.

So often, we think change has to be radical. That we have to overhaul everything, chase the big transformation, or do more to finally feel better. But what if the shift we’re craving isn’t about doing more at all? What if it’s about becoming more intimately aware—of the little things, the quiet things, the moments we often overlook?

Early in my personal development journey, I was chasing all the ways to “be better.” One of the books that changed my life was The Big Leap by Gay Hendricks. It taught me two profound truths:

  1. Our relationship with time begins within us—how we choose to relate to it.

  2. We all have areas of power, and when we relax into them, we expand what’s possible.

Life won’t slow down—but we can learn to relate to life differently.

This month, I’ve been working intentionally to shift my focus, to pay closer attention to my thoughts, and to really feel what’s happening beneath the surface. I’ve been taking more time to breathe and to trust. To remember that intention, when paired with awareness, is enough to begin transforming everything.

I learned this lesson deeply when I transitioned from a dual-income home to managing things on my own. My intention was to be better with budgets, but the real shift came when I stopped fighting the chaos and started listening. I got intentional about what truly mattered. I prioritized peace over perfection, presence over panic.

I began to live within my means not from lack, but from alignment. I noticed my thoughts. I softened the language I used with myself. And while there were moments of fear and overwhelm, I practiced coming back to the present—over and over again.

And that changed everything.

When I realized I could change my relationship to time, to money, to control—it freed me. It allowed me to clear the mental clutter that had kept me spinning. It made room for peace, creativity, and grounded confidence.

That is what this month’s masterclass, Clear the Chaos, is all about.

This class is an invitation to reconnect—to yourself, your breath, your thoughts, and your power. To learn simple ways to slow down internally so that your outer world starts to feel safer, calmer, and more aligned.

You don’t have to do a lot to have a lot change.

You don’t have to do more to feel more.

Sometimes the smallest shifts make the biggest difference.

Join me for Clearing the Chaos on Tuesday, October 14th — a virtual experience designed to help you reconnect to your calm, your clarity, and your next right step.
